Pathfinder - The Inner Sea
Ashen Shugar sits astride the broad shoulders of Shuruga. The great gold dragon’s thoughts reach your mind. “Do we hunt?”. “No”, you reply, “We wait”.
You see many humanoids you think of as morhederial watching what is being created. Many morhederial have died but that is unimportant.
A great black dragon soars from above. Shuruga asks, “Do we fight?”. No you reply", and sense the great gold dragon’s disappointment. You watch the other dragon settle gracefully on the ground near you. The dragon’s rider raises its hand in a solute you return. The dragons hiss at each other. You hit your mount, causing Shuruga to quiet.
“Has the mighty ruler of Eagles Reach finally come to join us?” asks Drakin-Korin, the lord of Tigers. “No”, you reply, “I come to watch”.
Draken-Korin watches you, his dark eyes betraying no emotion. “You alone have not joined with us”. You reply with, “This…….plan of yours. it is madness”. Drakin-Korin replies. “What is this word madness. I know not what you speak. We are. We do. What more is there?”.
“This is not our way.”
“How many have you killed? How much blood has passed your lips. What ever stands against you must be killed. our Kill you. That is all. This is only a delay.”
“What about those left behind?”
“What of them. They are nothing”
“They are ours”
“You have grown strange under your mountain. They are our servants. It is not as if they possess true power. They exist for our pleasure. Nothing more. What concerns you?”
“I do not know, there is something else…..”
The image of Draken-Korin and his black dragon mount blurs, and it is replaced by an image of you. “You did not win. Your victory was just a delay. Stop him. Or your world will truely be destroyed”.
